How to make it:

  1. Soak chives in hot water for 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cut each cheese string lengthwise into thirds.
  3. Insert one end of each piece of cheese into one Tostitos Rolls!™ tortilla chips as the "handle".
  4. Starting at opposite end from handle, carefully peel cheese into strings for one‑third of the length to resemble a broom head.
  5. Tie two chives around unpeeled top of string cheese for a finishing touch.
  6. Snip off ends of chives.
  7. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
